Does HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS offer group rates?
Yes, but group ticket sales must be arranged in advance. To arrange for group tickets, go to the Group Ticket Sale page. Include your name, contact information, date of visit, and size of group. We will then contact you to make arrangements.

Can I bring a bag into Haunted Hills?
Certain bag types are allowed at Haunted Hills: 12″x6″x12″ Clear Plastic bags; 1-Gallon Plastic Freezer Bags; 4.5″x6.5″ Clutch bags with shoulder or wrist strap. All other bags must be left in your vehicle. Failure to do so will require you to return to your vehicle to put unapproved bag away before being able to board bus.

How Do I get Tickets?
Pre-purchased tickets are sold online through our website and are highly recommended to secure attendance during peak dates.  We accept cash and credit cards at the ticket booth as well. Go to our TICKET page for more info.

What are the hours of operation?
Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions Box Office and Mayhem Midway will be open from 7:00pm until 11:00pm Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays, and week nights we will be open from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. The Haunted Attractions begin admitting first customers at 7:00 pm each night (see calendar for full list of dates and hours) Any patron who is in the Mayhem Midway before the box office closes will gain admission. Box office will never close earlier than posted times barring special circumstances. The line to get on property forms typically 30 minutes prior to the Box office opening, but as we get closer to Halloween the crowds get larger.

How long is the wait in line?
In general, we try to keep the wait time to under 1 hour. However, the later in October and on Halloween the wait time will be much longer. Buy your tickets online to avoid the general box office line and try to come earlier in October or on Sundays or Weeknights if you would like to avoid the longer wait times!

Is the Haunted House Indoors or Outdoors?
Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions is both an indoor and outdoor attraction. Haunted Hills Haunted Attractions is open rain or moonlight. Please dress accordingly for the weather. Due to the nature of this activity, it is strongly recommended to wear closed toed shoes appropriate for an outdoor attraction.

How long does it take to go through the haunted attractions?
That depends on many factors. First you must buy your tickets, then wait to enter the haunted attractions. Once you enter, you go through at your own pace so the length of the experience varies from group to group. The wait times get longer the closer it gets to Halloween. You may encounter wandering creatures the moment you enter the midway area, so be on your guard!

Does HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS accept credit cards?
Yes, our box office and merchandise shop accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Can I buy tickets in advance?
You may purchase tickets online and avoid the crowds at the box office, but please be aware that you will have to go to Online Ticket Check-in to get your online voucher scanned and redeemed for wristbands (a fast easy process)

If I buy tickets online, do I have to use them the same day?
Regular online tickets are valid Any Day that the haunt is open. If your specified date has passed, you can still use your tickets as long as they are for the same season.

I just bought my ticket online, do I still have to wait in line when I get to the Haunted House?
You are able to skip the onsite ticket purchase line, but you will have to go to Online Ticket Checkin line to get your online voucher scanned and entered into our virtual queue for the attraction.

Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
We have Fast Pass and VIP ticket options available each night that will give you a significantly shorter wait. We also have an Instant Access Ticketing option that allows you to go right into the attractions when you are ready.  

Are the patients allowed to touch you?
The actors in HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS will not touch you. However, they do get very close. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props, or you may get bumped into by a actor or a person in your group by accident. You may also come into contact with some of the sets. Our scare zone actors may be more interactive, however they are warned about being put in solitary for bad behavior. 

Are there any age restrictions?
HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS is recommended for adults, older teens and mature audiences only. Younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them, however it is not recommended. There are no special prices for children and there are no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunt. There are many emergency exits throughout the attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue.

If I am easily offended should I attend?
HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS is a show. Both the line actors as well as some actors inside of the Haunted Attractions will entertain you, as well as scare you. Some things the actors may do may be considered offensive to you, however scary or comical to others. If you are easily offended then attending HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS may not be for you.

Is there a lot of smoke/strobe lighting in the haunted attractions?
We do use fog machines at HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS. Should you find the smoke too intense there are emergency exits throughout the attractions. Yes, we do use strobe lights occasionally.

Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS is NOT recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Can I go in if I am in a Wheel Chair?
Unfortunately, due to the way our Attraction is set up, we are no longer able to accomodate wheel chairs through the attraction. Parts of the attraction do not meet ADA guidelines and will keep wheelchairs from being able to traverse the designed path as well as the fact that due to being outside, certain parts of the terrain will make it difficult for a wheelchair to travel. Our Midway, Town Square and Scarezone Area’s are still open if you want to get the experience of being at Haunted Hills without walking through the attractions.

Is it a maze? Can I get lost?
HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS is not a maze. However, many areas of the attraction are confusing, but the staff will help you find your way out if necessary.

Can my friends and I wear our Halloween costumes when we come to HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS?
For safety reasons, patrons are not allowed to wear costumes with the exception of Halloween. However Halloween style masks are never allowed in the attraction

Is your attraction open if it rains?
Yes! the haunted house is open rain or moonlight. 

Once we’ve used our ticket can we go through again with the same ticket?
No. A new ticket is required for each visit. We do have same day discounted readmission tickets.

Can we be thrown out of the attraction for any reason?
Yes. We do not allow foul language, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules will usually bring a warning and then being asked to leave without a refund.

Can we be injured at your attraction?
We’ve never had any serious injuries at our attraction. Running is the main cause of minor injuries. Make sure to follow the rules and DON’T run and you should be fine!

Is smoking/consuming alcohol allowed?
Smoking is allowed only in the parking are. Please refrain from smoking once you are in the midway area. Outside Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS property.

Can we take flash photos of your Haunted Attractions?
NO photography of any sort is allowed inside the haunt. Haunted houses are dark and people’s eyes (especially the actors) adjust to the low light. When you flash your camera you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience but you’re hurting the actors’ eyes. Also, the fog used inside the attractions ruins flash photography. Although no photography or videotaping is allowed inside (including nightshot), the creatures working outside will quite often pose for pictures.

What can’t we bring with us inside your haunted houses?

No pets! No weapons! No alcoholic beverages! No cameras! No smoking! No laser pointers or flashlights! No food or beverages!

Do you sell beverages, food, and souvenirs at your attractions?
Yes. Our gift shop sells HAUNTED HILLS HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS souvenir t-shirts, & other fun things… Each season we do have vendors that provide food and merchandise options for our guests.
